Facts about the atom.

 

This my slide show of what I learned from the science road show at my school. It was taught by two people, a woman who taught us about atoms and a man, who talked about magnets, gravity etc.  We learned about atoms, and what they can make.  This slide is short because of how short are session with the woman was but I did use all the information I could remember from the lesson.

Mosaic Art

 This my potted plant Mosaic art.  It is a small baby succulent cactus plant.  It is siting on a low wall.  The walls top isn't perfectly brown so it has some grey/black spots.   The main dark area is the shadow.  Pretty good right?  Making a mosaic is easy  so anyone can make one.

This is my Mosaic art of a bird, the Korean lucky bird.  I have used hand made shapes to make the bird and all the blue and orange is the background (Sky).  Mosaic art is easy and anyone can do it.  You can use any thing to make your Mosaic art of just use your imagination.

The Surprised Mouse

 Slowly and cautiously, he raised his small, curious face above the ground, just as he did every morning. His shiny, black eyes surveyed the scene in front and around him, checking that the coast was clear for the start of the breakfast expedition.

Suddenly, he saw it…Sitting there right in front of him. His eyes widened, transfixed on the sight he saw in front of him, and his jaw dropped open in astonishment. Was it really there? Were his eyes playing tricks on him?

Abruptly, he awoke, as if he had been caught in a dream. Twitching his whiskers, he realized that he had to act NOW, unless he was to miss his chance.

The sunlight was beaming in his eyes, when he started to chase the thing that caught his eye.  He didn’t know what he was chasing but he knew whatever he was chasing, he needed to find it.  

After about 15 minutes of running, he was exhausted.  He thought about stopping but he knew this was his only chance to reach his goal.  He knew he needed a faster way to catch up to whatever he was after so he looked around for something to ride.  He looked around, then he saw it, a much faster way of transportation.

The bright sky was turning dim.  He was getting tired, but he persisted, knowing this was his only chance to catch what he needed.  When the night sky covered the whole sky, he was finally able to catch what he had been looking for.  A golden encrusted diamond ring!

The Tale of a mouse who saw the best thing in the world, and the only chance to get it. People might've thought he was chasing after his love of his life, maybe it was safety, or maybe it was he long lost mother, But low and behold, it was a golden encrusted diamond ring. What a cheeky mouse, but one who put his life on the line for it, truly a determined young mouse.

This my hand made lego airport!  It has two gates, 2 long seats, one plant, one control room (because I couldn't make a tower, a ticket stand and a door to the plane!

Good for our land:  The steelblue ladybird or in Science talk "Mumutawa" This little beetle was deliberately introduced to New Zealand from Australia over 100 years ago.  It is a favorite friend of gardeners and fruit growers, thanks to it's appetite for pest insects. 

This is my first post in quarantine and its a bout the steelblue ladybird. This creature is good for our land so its wise not to kill these guys or gals when you see them. 

Trying to hit the target

This is my version of the story "Hitting the target" or in my version "Trying to hit the target"  It's long and may have some mistakes with spellings or other things to please comment any mistakes you find o I can edit it thanks.  And Picture as a bonus. 

 A very frosty breeze blew past a miniature house in a calm, average sized village called Anna-village.  In the miniature house was an adorable boy named Riley with dirt brown hair and glimmering blue eyes who had a little something called ambition, stonks of it. Riley loved being the best he could be.  During competitions at his school, Riley would always win any game he would play by practicing a lot.  He would even study what his opponent will play in paper, scissors rock.  Once he left his parents for good and became a full grown man, his ambition took over his mind and the 23 year old man wanted to become the best at something.  He did not give a care in the world what he would be the best at but he wanted to be the best.  He chose archery but no one in his tiny village believed could even fire the arrow from his bow. But his ambition got the better of him and he practiced archery 24/7, literally.

  On a few occasions, he would even pass out due to sheer exhaustion but he would keep on practicing.  Finally, after 2 years of training, he satisfied his ambition and stopped training 24/7 and started participating in small archery competitions.  He would destroy the competition every time, (literally).  He won game after game, making his opponents cry in the corner as he lifts bigger and bigger trophies into the air.  One day, while he was beating one of his opponents to death, a younger man came up to him in a sassy voice saying “you are quite the skilled archer, but you're not the best. I know someone who is better at archery and lives on top of a hill about 15 minutes away.”  The archer Riley looked down in utter disbelief as he continued to stab his bow into one of his opponents.  He responded saying “What are you implying? Of course I am the best.  On bright sunny days I am the best archer in the world!”  The younger and smaller man yelled “-nah a!-``''Well then prove it then little boy” The archer Riley spoke.  “Fine, I will,” yelled the little man.  After about 15 minutes of the two men walking and arguing, they finally reached the top of the hill where an old little house rested.  When the archer stared at the wall of the house, his mouth dropped open like an anvil falling from the sky.  The wall was covered by arrows directly in the center of targets.  As the archer looked on with astonishment, Darion, the psychic, walked out of the house and spoke in a nice way, “Hello there” The archer immediately calmed down and asked the million dollar question that he was dying to ask. “you can hit the direct center of the bullseye every time right? So how?And also how did you afford all the targets? Darion chuckled and whispered into Riley's cold ear “Well you do things your way, I do things my way, first I shoot the arrow and then I paint the target around the arrow.” 

(Bonus)

After hearing that information, the archer touched the cold dry wall of the house and yup, the targets were made out of paint.  He turned around and looked at Darion.  After a few seconds of staring at each other,  the archer ran up to Darion and proceeded to punch the life out of Darion.  After he almost killed Darion, he proceeded to continue training to make sure no one would ever tell him there was someone better than him at archery ever again.

This is my Olympics (and Japan) slide show.  It mostly talks about Japan's culture history and a few other things before the Olympics.  I did talk about all the sports happening in the Olympics and the time this blog post was posted, Japan is in first place for having the most gold medals.

Deep blue sea poem.

 I would always be mesmerized even if I take the smallest glance at the deep blue sea.  The sound of waves crashing against each other.  The smell of enchanting salt in the clear blue sea fills me with happiness and hope.  While descending deeper and deeper into the deep blue sea.  I see fish with outstanding colours.  I see the schools of fish swim together in harmony.  And I see the beautiful coral reefs shine with the sun as time passes.

But as beautiful as the sea may be.  Dark secrets are hidden beneath all of the sea's glory.  As the sun shines on the deep blue sea, it does not show a healthy sea.  The guards wave  deep below.  Where nature has been dealt with a hefty blow.  Ignorance warmed the planet and the seas in turn.  A lesson that man will learn.  As our marine life lives on.  One day all of the sea life will be all gone.

This is my Sea poem I wrote about what I think about the sea.  This poem doesn't rhyme all the time because the top part doesn't rhyme but the bottom part does.  Please tell me if I did any spelling mistakes.

This is my very long explanation for The order of operation, which sounds very cool.  I didn't explain the very hard parts but this is good enough.  The order of operation is a way to solve a long math problem like this one 7 + 5 - 9 x 3.  You could also use Bedmas.  Another version of the order of operation.
